- Courteous, professional and very friendly staff. Dr. Lewis is top-notch. Not only is he quick and efficient in his work, he's also patient and willing to answer any questions you may have. During my recent eye exam, he discovered my overall eye health to be deteriorating due to the over use of contacts on my part. He prescribed a simple over the counter eye drop to take twice a day, and after a few short weeks the itchiness and irritation I had been living with for nearly a year, started to go away! On top of that, after receiving my initial set of glasses, I was experiencing some trouble seeing clearly through them. Distant objects were fuzzy, and I had this weird warping around the edges of my vision. The staff offered to retest my prescription free of charge to ensure no mistakes were made. There weren't any mistakes--what I was experiencing was an adjustment period, due to the fact that I had mainly been wearing contacts for the past few years. Dr. Lewis also explained how it may take a week or two to get used to the minor astigmatism adjustment that was new to my prescription. Sure enough, a few weeks later, the warping around the edges disappeared, and distant objects started coming into focus. Their warm reception to the issues I was experiencing made a lasting impression. I won't think twice of where to go for future check-ups.
