Being overweight and having a poor diet can lead to diabetes, which can damage the blood vessels of the retina, causing blindness. Obesity can also cause high blood pressure and high cholesterol, which are two big factors that can be indicated in eye disease. Regular working out can help you stay at a healthy weight and keep your cardiovascular system strong.
