It’s never too early for an eye exam, especially if you have any reason to believe your child has an eye or vision problem. All children should have their eyes examined by an optometrist by the time they enter school.
The American Optometric Association suggests that children should have their first eye exam at six months of age. At age three, they should return for a follow-up exam, and just prior to starting school their eyes should be examined again.
At Beaumont Vision, we have a large selection of children’s frames so that you can choose a style that is enjoyable for your child to wear and that they feel confident in.
